Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?

A: ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND MAJOR HOLIDAYS.

Q: MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

A: WE ARE SURE TO FULLY INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE SENDING OUT. ONCE IT LEAVES OUR FACILITY IT IS THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE SHIPPING COMPANIES TO GET THE PACKAGE TO YOU SAFE. DO YOU OFFER PLUS SIZE BRACELETS?

 

Yes, If your bracelet size is larger than the standard 7.5inches we will add additional beads at no additional charge. Send us your order number immediately after checking out and we will assist from there. 

 

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?

 

NO. AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING WITHIN THE STATES.

 

 

CAN I PRE-ORDER IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT?  

 

WE DO NOT ALLOW PRE-ORDER. WE ONLY PUT ITEMS ON OUR SITE THAT WE HAVE IN STOCK TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECEIVE IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. .
